TradesMgr is a field-service tool for trades businesses. Our direct user is the trades operator, who connects their Square account. We also process information about the operator's customers on the operator's behalf.
We do not collect precise location, advertising identifiers, or biometric data, and we do not use third-party analytics/advertising SDKs or track you across other apps or websites.
To provide the service — manage jobs, send proposals/invoices, schedule work, and capture e-signatures — using Square's APIs at the operator's direction. Proposals, invoices, and receipts are sent from the operator's own device. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers only: Square (Block, Inc.) for the integration you authorize, and our hosting/database provider (Railway). Data is encrypted in transit. We disclose data if required by law.
We keep data while your Square connection is active. You can disconnect and delete your data in the app (Settings → Disconnect & delete my data), which removes our stored copy and revokes our access; it does not delete data inside your own Square account. To request deletion by email, contact [email protected].
Customer e-signature proof (name, signature image, timestamp, IP address, and device/browser) is retained for as long as the associated agreement record exists, since it evidences that the agreement was accepted. Diagnostic logs are kept only as long as needed to detect and fix problems.
You can view and correct your business data in the app and in your Square account, and delete all of it at any time (Settings → Disconnect & delete my data) or by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EEA/UK), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority — contact us to exercise them. Because we process your customers' information on your behalf, your customers should direct their requests to you as the business of record, and we will help you respond.
Our backend and encrypted database are hosted in the United States (Railway). If you use the service from outside the US, your information is processed in the US.
We never sell or rent your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
TradesMgr is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
